Andrew Gaffka was literally born into the skylight industry as his parents Eric & Michele Gaffka founded Ultra Beauty, Inc. back in 1987. As a child Andrew would attend in-home consultations with his father to learn about the business at a very young age. At the age of 16, Andrew began conducting these presentations himself. Later Andrew graduated from the University of Central Florida earning a degree in Business Administration & Marketing. More recently Andrew has assisted with the invention of the SkyFlex Skylight®, a revolutionary tubular skylight which utilizes high strength impact glass, far superior to many other plastic dome skylights on the market. With over 60,000 satisfied customers, Andrew has helped Ultra Beauty, Inc. grow to now offer SkyFlex Skylights® throughout multiple dealerships across the United States.
